Who’s who at  Petalicious Limited

We are a family run business and currently only have a small amount of staff. 

The directors and founders of Petalicious are Stephanie and Martin Hill who previously owned a local butchers shop and decided to take the leap into RAW dog food manufacturing after researching a better way to feed the very special Coco but now their beautiful and a little bit spoilt Labrador’s Sapphire and Bailey. 

Steph is not only the director but is logistics and office executive and you would also see her working hard in our Pet shop Bowl Leaders in Hempnall. 

Martin is also our head nutrition advisor so if you have a question he is the man you need, he is also the Head of the overall running of the factory at Kessingland. 

Steph’s Daughter Jess is another regular face you can expect to see in the Hempnall shop as well as being our marketing and social executive. 

Jess’s husband Aaron (told you it’s a  family business) is the deputy manager of machine operatives and the butcher, he is the man who gets his hands dirty. 

Billy has followed us from the butchers where he worked with us for many years,  so he may as well be in the family, Billy is our machine operative making sure all your pets’ food is packaged to perfection. 

Finally, the newest member to join our Petalicious family is Alex, His main job is to keep up to date on stock control. Ive heard he’s not too bad at making the teas too.
